I waited for 55 minutes past the pick up time. It would have been ok except for last 10-15 minutes my order sat and got cold while I watched them pack 4 other orders and then give the last one packed to a grub hub or uber delivery! I complained and she did apologize ....just pack the food and give it to the customers waiting as it is ready. I would have been happy to come later rather than sit there and wait for nearly an hour.
